You meet at the long table or at the romantic individual table and enjoy a healthy and varied breakfast at the start of the perfect holiday day. At the pool or on one of the shady terraces of the finca we offer you an optional small selection of delicious snacks and salads at lunchtime.
At the end of the day you can enjoy a delicious local candlelight dinner. Our kitchen serves daily changing 3-course menus, tapas buffets or barbecues. We also offer you a hand-picked selection of Mallorcan wines. And if you have a reason to celebrate or just want to enjoy a special evening on holiday – we are happy to organize a romantic dinner for you in the light of the torches.
For us, sustainability is more than just a buzzword. We love the beauty of nature and make every effort to handle it responsibly. We do without disposable products and take waste separation seriously. Wherever we can, we avoid waste – especially plastic waste. We clean our pool water with an electrolysis plant – this is good for our environment and for your skin. We are already harvesting our own figs, oranges and lemons, olives and other fruit in the future.
Our drinking water comes from a spring in the mountains not far from the finca. We prepare it gently and serve it in recyclable glass bottles. We have deliberately avoided air conditioning, minibar refrigerators and televisions.
